Our teachers are qualified and trained (e.g. RCM, school board,
university music degrees, private teaching experience, live, studio
and touring experience) and have had years of experience within our
community and the music and teaching industry at large.
All teachers are carefully chosen based on their personalities and
experience and their ability to teach clearly and effectively and to
help students become empowered in their musical careers and are
great with all ages!
Our teachers are also carefully matched with each student so there
is a fit that works! We realize that no two students are the same
and the method in which we teach reflects that, customized,
individual care. All our teachers are able to adapt to the needs of
their students at any point during their lessons so as to create a
perfect balance between learning and fun!
The selection of teachers process begins with introductory
discussions conducted by telephone, followed by in-depth personal
interviews. For successful candidates, character witnesses are
referenced and police background checks are performed.
