TERM FEES:
There are 2 terms (equals one school year):
Term 1: September to January
Term 2: February to June
Summer schedule: July/August
Post-dated cheques for each complete term are required to secure
weekly music lessons. Fees are payable by post dated cheques dated
to the first of each month. If you wish to cancel lessons, one weeks
notice is required, any remainder term cheque payments will be
returned. There are no refunds/credits for partial months for any
lessons cancelled during the current month of lessons. Payments
returned NSF will incur a $25 service charge. There are no
registration fees. Term Fees may be subject to change without
notice.
STUDENT ABSENCES AND RESCHEDULING
(MAKEUP LESSONS):
A student may be eligible for a rescheduled/makeup lesson if an
absence is due to illness, and the Trend Music administration office
receives notice by phone 10am on the day of the lesson (email
cancellations are not permitted). All other absences require a
minimum of 48 hours advance notice qualify for a rescheduled/makeup
lesson. To ensure consistency, rescheduled/makeup lessons are
limited to two per student per school year (this is September to
June). Lessons missed without notice will not be rescheduled. Missed
lessons may not be carried over to your next month's payment.
